I started suffering really bad constipation after the birth of my son 19yrs ago. I went to the doctors who informed me that I had IBS, and although I explained to the doctor that I was unable to go to the toilet for 6-8wks at a time all they gave me was fibre gel which did absolutely nothing.

After visiting the doctor numerous times and explaining that I kept feeling sick and that I was retching if I gently pressed between my chest, I was told that because I had I.B.S there was nothing they could do, I eventually gave up and just put up with the tiredness, the bloating and the constipation.

Then after many years of suffering I came across the website for Aqua Soul and found that there was a clinic close by. I spoke to a really nice lady named Linda, and made an appointment to go and see her. It was the best decision I have ever made. On my first visit I discussed my situation with Linda and went ahead with my first colonic treatment. Because I couldn’t go to the toilet for months at a time my first colonic was not as successful as both Linda and I had hoped for although I did go to the toilet after the treatment.

Linda then gave me some really good advice on what kind of things I could take to try and help get my bowels moving again. I wasn't very optimistic but I took the advice and although initially I was very bloated from taking the products that Linda had advised I did start going to the toilet, in fact I started going everyday. It may be hard to believe but its absolutely true, from not going to the toilet for months at a time to going everyday it was unbelievable had already booked my next appointment and my second treatment was a great success. I think I was the worst case Linda had seen and  I think even she was surprised at the difference in me.

After the 2nd treatment my bloating had gone, I felt energetic and the feeling in my chest had completely gone, it’s absolutely unbelievable. I have been going to the toilet everyday and can’t explain the difference in me, all my headaches have gone and I feel great. I am due to have my 3rd treatment and can’t wait. The only problem I have is that I wished I'd have found Linda years ago, she’s fantastic and really friendly. I only have one more thing to say and that is THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I have spent many, and i mean many years, struggling with constipation! I have tried every laxative imaginable. In January we were on holiday in Canada, i dragged my husband in every chemist to see if they sold anything i hadn't yet tried..

I always wanted to have a colonic irrigation but thought it would be expensive, when i found out how much they actually are i booked my first session.

Linda is brilliant, she makes you feel so relaxed, its as if you were talking to your sister. I told her about my problem, and after just two sessions i am going to the toilet 'everyday'. To someone who doesn't have this problem, they can't understand the relief of not feeling bloated and sluggish.
